Common questions.
Where is the studio located?+
Caulfield South, in Melbourne's south-east. About 18 minutes from the CBD by car. Full address goes out with your booking confirmation. Voice artists working from their own booths can also send their recordings in remotely for editing, mixing and mastering.
Can I send my own audio in for clean-up?+
Yes. If you've recorded yourself at home or in another booth, send the raw files through and Jeff will edit, clean, mix and master them to broadcast spec.
What's your turnaround?+
Same-day delivery is the standard for short-form work booked before midday. Long-form modules and demo reels are scoped per-project and we always agree milestones up front.
Do you supply voice talent?+
Yes — we work with Melbourne Voices Management, a curated stable of artists across age, accent and tone. Tell us the brief and we'll send a tight shortlist of auditions.
What format will I receive?+
Broadcast-ready 48 kHz / 24-bit WAV by default, or any spec your client requires (MP3, BWAV, OB59 compliant, -23 LUFS, etc.).
